Is it possible to change my commitment?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 15 days’ notice, you can adjust your agreement terms without any additional charges for the following months services.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
All agreements come with a set timeframe for services, then progress into month to month renewal for services. 15 day notice of cancellation is required.
How does the billing process work?
Once an agreement is signed with outline deliverables, a monthly invoice will be sent. Agreements are three-months with month to month after initial term. Longer term contracts are available.
Will I have to do anything after the services are outlined and agreed upon?
This is a partnership, we require you to participate and give us feedback as much has we reach out to you. We can only be successful with your guidance and feedback. You will be required to participate in meetings as outlines in the agreement.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Absolutely! Invoiced will be sent each month on the 1st with payment due by the 10th.
